中国环保产业发展与创新
摘要： 上世纪80年代以来,随着我国经济的`快速发展和环保投入的不断加大,加之国家出台一系列鼓励环保产业发展的政策措施,特别是推行市政公用行业市场化改革以来,我国环保产业得到快速发展并初具规模.同时,我们也清醒地认识到,现阶段我国工业化、城镇化尚未完成,污染治理任务仍然繁重,环保产业发展面临前所未有的挑战和机遇.本文通过对我国环保产业发展现状和存在障碍的分析,有针对性地提出了促进我国环保产业创新发展的政策建议. Abstract： Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increases of the environmental protection investment, and with the publicity of a series of policies and measures for encouraging the development of environmental protection industry, especially with the implementation of the market-oriented reform for city public utilities, China's environmental industry has made rapid development and achieved preliminary scale.
