In the line one of this article, there is a verb which is “favor”. It is means “prefer”, “to prefer something and choose it instead of something else. This word has other means, for example, “give an advantage, help, and look like, and so on”. This word also is a noun.
The line eight has a verb which is “indulge”. It is a transitive verb (V t). it is means “to let yourself do or have something that you enjoy, especially something that is considered bad for you”. It’s also an intransitive verb. For example, “indulge in the wildest fantasy”, “indulge in self-glorification”. At this time, the word is used with “in”. In other word, there is a word “in” after “indulge”.
In these paragraphs, I think the two verbs is understood hardly(hardly to understand),so I choose them to read carefully. These are just a part of parses, but I think these are useful.
