篇一：
I’ve just came back from the 24th Carnival Camp which is held at SJK(C) Keat Hwa K. The camp is organized by 53rd Land Scout troop, Keat Hwa’s Sea Scout, Sin Min high school Land Scout and also St. Michael Land Scout.
Despite that we had to pay for the badge, scarf and food, it was worth it! We had lots of fun together.
I can’t deny that I’m getting older today because I can’t recognize all the new faces at all, except those who I knew in my generation. Haha. This time many of my badge friends and older badge seniors have came back to attend the campfire night.
It can be said a huge gathering although not everyone was there, a few failed to attend due to some personal reasons.
Anyway, I really enjoyed a lot.
We climbed the pioneering, taught the primary kids some backwoods, invaded the members campsite…
During the campfire, we danced around the fire and watched the petrols performing their dances and songs, we danced together and snaped a lot of photos too!
I will post a few here once I got tagged since the photos are not with me, hehe. By the way, glad to know other scouts who came from other schools too!
The most rare occasion is that I got to see those familiar faces! I’m so happy that all of my badge’s committee have came back too, finally we can take a photo of the six of us again! Too bad that Wei Han didn’t come, we haven’t forget him. :)
I really miss my camping times while I was still in high school. They are such precious memory to me.
I couldn’t be the young me again and do all the scouting, but it’s really great to have those feelings back!
I’ll be leaving home on this coming Sunday morning. Among all local Universities, UKM’s students are going to be the first to start the new semester. In other words, my holidays end first and I have to go back earlier than others. I’d been home for only 2 weeks and I felt it is not enough. I want to stay longer here.
I somehow came to realize that I really love my hometown.
Although it is not big city, it doesn’t have very tall buildings and modern transportation, it doesn’t have sparkling night life like in Kuala Lumpur but I still love it.
I love my high school,
I love the air and the paddy fields,
I love the sunshine and the earth,
I love the food, I love the streets,
I love to hear the sound of the train at my home which comes from distance away,
I love laying on the bed and feel relaxing without many things to worry about,
I love my home and most importantly I love the people here.
Future is a thing that we cannot predict. Even though I am likely to leave my hometown to find a job and settle down at some other place, but no matter where will I be..
I will never ever ever forget everyone who I’ve known at my hometown in my life!

Good morning! My name is Somiar, and my Chinese name is Lu Ziyan. I’m from the Second Experiment Primary School in Jinyun. I study in Class 3, Grade 5. I like my teachers and classmates. And I like my family, too. That is a lovely family. There are three members in my family---my father, my mother and me. My mother is a teacher, my father is a cook. Today, I’d like to talk about my hometown---Lishui. I love my hometown. It’s a beautiful land in the southwest of Zhejiang. It’s famous for green mountain and clean water. It’s the first country pictured in China. There are many great places of interest in my hometown, such as Sendo, Nanming Mountain, East-west Rock and so on. Every years, many people come to visit Lishui and take some beautiful photos. And you can see the photos in some books. How beautiful! Have you been there? It’s a pity really, if you not.
Do you know Ou River? It’s a river of people’s life. It keeps running and running all the year round, just like a lively horse. There are many resources and special products in my hometown, like Qingtian stone carving, Longquan double-edged sword and Qingyuan mushroom. Do you know them? All of them are famous in the world. How cool! I love my hometown. It’s getting more and more beautiful now. One day, I think it will be the centre of shopping as well as traveling.
Would you like to visit my hometown? I hope to see you soon. “One world one dream.” Let’s have a great time in my hometown Lishui.
