In advance of what? ’Let’s leave it at that’ is a command, it sounds rather abrupt and ill-mannered to me, again I don’t think this is what you meant. 1. 基本信息
这部分只要大概说说自己情况即可，只是为了起步。基本可以表示为：我叫什么，中英文名是什么，从哪来，在哪上的学，什么时候毕业，到现在一共工作几年了等等，就差不多了。
2. 目前任职及主要工作内容
这部分很重要，也是从自己的近况说起，方便面试官初步了解你的职业。这部分要注意两点：第一点是简明扼要，用几句话最好是一二三点把目前工作的内容说出来，可以跟你的简历一一对应，因为面试官之后还会按照你的简历跟你一点点过，所以这里不能说太多;第二是重点突出，什么是重点呢?就是尽量说和职位描述(简称JD)里面的要求契合的工作内容，无关的内容，就不要浪费自己的口舌和面试官的耳朵了。相比于后面一部分内容，这部分相对要多一点，突出目前的工作内容，实际是要让面试官有初步印象：这个人还是适合这个职位的。
这一部分串词可以是：目前我在某某公司担任某某职务，在这里，我的主要职责包括(1)blabla(2)blabla以及brabra等等。
3. 以前任职及简要工作内容
这一部分不是重点，因为面试官还是比较重视你目前公司的工作内容，以前的公司只是作为参考。因此可以简洁地说一下，如：在某某公司之前，我还在某某公司担任过某某职务，主要负责某某工作，在这之前，还在(两个)某行业公司呆过。
4. 个人硬件和软件能力
这部分也很重要，说到这里面试官已经对你的工作经历有所了解，但是工作是工作，能力是能力，为了方便TA，需要你自己总结一下。当然你总结出来的能力，肯定都要是你应聘的这个职位所需要能力了，要不然你说出来做什么呢?这部分可以从两部分来说，先说硬件方面，也就是你的知识，包括你的语言能力、在某一方面多年的经验、对某一个行业深入地了解等等，然后说软件，包括自己的组织能力、领导能力、学习能力、团队精神等等。还是那句话，职位需要的能力你才能说，跟职位不相关甚至相反的能力，千万别说。这部分的一个重要效果是让面试官觉得你这个人很了解自己，不是尘世中一个迷途的小青年。

5. 对职位的理解并与自身匹配
这一段算是总结陈词，核心内容是证明你跟这个职位非常相符，你就是他们要找的人，同时表明自己的期望之心。因此要先说你对职位的理解，然后再将这个职位所需要的能力和你刚才说明的能力相结合，从而证明自己是合适的人选。
