    在用ExtJs写前台代码时，一些控件在关闭时需要设置他的关闭为隐藏，方便下次继续使用，但是如果用户在填写完信息后直接关闭下次打开后信息继续存在，影响用户体验，

    下面首先看一个formPanel，实现添加用户界面。
