　　So, how to keep healthy? First of all, Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. Besides, keeping a happy and optimistic mood everyday is also a good way to stay healthy.

　　In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like french fries or cookies. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.

But I most is to stay at home, because I have a lot of things to do, I will write my homework all day Saturday and Sunday I have dance class and math class in the morning and in the afternoon, I can read, can play computer games, you can listen to music or watch TV for a while, then go to bed early and get up early to go to school the next day. 　　经过紧张的复习和准备，终于到了5月20日---参加全国小学生英语竞赛决赛的日子。

　　早上八点四十分，我就来到了决赛的场地----四海小学，我找到位子坐下来后，发现周围的同学都很严肃,我也不禁紧张起来。

　　我们华工附小五年级进决赛的有四位同学，分别是五（2）班的何皓霖、劳轩毅，五（3）班的彭承志和五（4）班的我。要知道，他们三个的英语可都是超厉害的呀！而且进入决赛后，竞争对手的实力都很强，我能如愿取得好成绩吗？

　　九点钟，比赛开始了，教室里鸦雀无声，只听到同学们翻动试卷的声音。我也投入到紧张的答题之中。一个小时后，比赛结束。

　　我觉得这次试题不能说很难，但是也不能说很简单。听力部分比较简单，我最怕的智力题竟然也出意料地简单，不过，很可惜，我还是由于粗心错了一题，而且错得非常乌龙：题目中有8张猫的图片，要我们找出两张一样的，我在把试卷交上去的.一瞬间发现，我选的两张图片虽然看上去一模一样，但是两只猫却是一只有胡子，一只没有。唉！这一分丢得太不应该啦！伤心ing。

　　我觉得这次考试的语法和阅读理解部分比初赛难，我自以为自己掌握的词汇量比较多，但是仍然有几个词是我不懂的，这就使我对个别问题的回答不是很有把握。

　　这次考试的作文也不是我们特别熟悉的话题，题目是假设自己的爸爸是个警察，要介绍一下他的工作和生活。虽然我也写了70多个单词（题目要求是不低于60个单词），但是觉得没有以前写作文那么有话说。以前竞赛，我的作文经常是写到100字左右的。

　　考完试跟何皓霖讨论，他觉得题目不难，真是超牛啊！他一定能得一等奖！

　　回来后，妈妈还发现我还犯了两个粗心的错误，呜呜！妈妈说我的最大敌人是粗心！妈妈经常教育我说，不会做的题目错了，没关系。不会，以后再学。但是会做的题目，由于粗心做错了，就太可惜、太不应该了！但是，我却每次考试都要犯粗心的错误。唉唉唉！

　　无论如何，紧张的考试已经结束了，不去想它了！就等着出结果吧！老天保佑啊！

　　我一定要努力改掉粗心的毛病！

　　But my opinion is that, in order to make a country strong, education alone is not sufficient. It should go side by side with morality.

　　Morality and education are the foundation of a country. The absence of either makes success impossible. Education without morality is dangerous. Morality without education is also harmful. ( 85 words)
