科学发展观视野中的教育科研
在我国，存在着农村教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）问题、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）发展的地域间不平衡和地域内不平衡、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）公平、流动人口子女教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）问题等等。提倡科学的发展观，要求教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）研究者对这些问题开展大量的、有深度的、高质量的研究
近日，由中央教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究所教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）发展研究部主办的“科学发展观与教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研”中青年学者研讨会在中央教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究所召开，在此对会议讨论情况节录如下。
民进北京市委秘书长蒋国华认为：科学发展观是全面建设小康社会和实现现代化的根本指针，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研要站在这样的高度来看待教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）发展的社会环境，并认识和解决这种社会环境中教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）存在的实际问题，要处理好教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）与社会经济发展的关系，不能就教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）论教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）。
科学发展观的核心是要坚持以人为本。与会学者认为，以人为本的科学发展观要求教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）研究关注教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）现实问题，而不是从理论到理论。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）要研究活生生的学生、老师和充满生机的学校。北京教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究院鱼霞博士指出：农村教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）、流动人口子女的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）问题、下岗人员的再就业的问题都是现实问题，对弱势群体教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）问题的关注是“以人为本”思想在教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）中的体现。
中央教科所吴霓博士认为：从教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研领域来说，大力提倡科学的发展观，需要我们教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研工作者既要追求教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研成果的数量，更要追求教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研成果的质量和效益，要做到数量和质量的统一。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）理论研究部方晓东指出：教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）事业如何落实科学发展观，如何树立教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）全面、协调、可持续的发展观，如何促进教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）与经济社会的协调发展和人的全面发展等等。其核心问题是如何促进教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的可持续发展，这些都是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）研究的新课题。
当前许多教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研成果，缺乏理论创新和独到的见解；或者从想当然出发，满足于空泛的议论，用抽象的价值判断代替具体的事实判断，造成理论与实际的脱节。中央教科所科研处陈如平博士针对当前教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研中存在的“不关注历史”、“不关注现实”等诸多误区，提出教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）研究者
