摘 要
良好的口头表达能力，较高的课堂语言水平，是语文教师应具备教学能力的1个重要方面。要大面积的提高语文教学质量，除了抓紧教师的业务进修外，重视和不断提高语文教师课堂语言的修养，也是举足轻重的1个方面。1节成功的语文课，1个受学生欢迎的语文老师，往往在于他能以多种方式调动学生学习的积极性和主动性，激发学生学习的兴趣，进而培养学生的创新思维能力，使得语文课堂教学得以优化。

ABSTRACT
The good oral communication skills and the higher levels of classroom language are what the teaching language teachers should have the eaching ability of an important aspect. To improve large areas of the quality of language teaching, in addition to holding firmly the teachers business study, and rising to the cultivation of language teachers classroom language is a decisive one. A successful language lesson of section a language teacher who is welcome by students, usually lies in a variety ofways to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, and stimulate students interest in learning, thus cultivating innovative thinking ability, making language teaching to the classroom.
