提出索赔
A:Three boxes of your product didnt coincidewith your sample last time.
A:上次你们的货物中有i箱品质规格与样品不符。
B: Ive no idea of what is happening. There hasnt been such a thing with us. Maybe the factory sent the wrong boxes.
B:这是怎么回事,我们从来没发生过这样的事。也许是工厂方面搞错了。
A: Here is what differs from your sample.
A:这是与样品不符的东西。
B: I got it.l am contacting the factory right now.
B:我马上与厂方联系。
B: I am sorry and we are responsible for the mistake. we will exchange all merchandises that fall short of our sample.

A: We will not get to the bottom since this is the first claim.

场景一:货物质量问题索赔
A(进口商): Hello. This is [Company Name] A. We have a serious problem regarding the last shipment we received from you.
B(出口商): Hello. What seems to be the issue?
A: The quality of the goods is far from what we expected. There are a significant number of defective products among them.
B: Im sorry to hear that. Can you be more specific about the defects?
A: Well, for example, some of the electronic components are not functioning properly. They dont meet the industry standards we agreed upon.
B: Have you had them inspected by a professional third - party?
A: Yes, we have. Heres the inspection report. It clearly shows the problems. We believe we are entitled to a compensation.
B: I understand your concern. We will look into this matter immediately. If the report is accurate, we will work out a compensation plan for you.
场景二:货物短装索赔
A(进口商): Hi, this is A from [Company Name]. We received the goods, but theres a shortage.
B(出口商): Shortage? How could that happen?
A: According to our count, there are [X] fewer cartons than stated in the shipping documents.
B: Are you sure? Maybe there was some mistake during the unloading process at your end.
A: No, we double - checked. Our warehouse staff is very careful. The shortage is real, and it has caused us inconvenience as we have orders to fulfill based on the quantity we were supposed to receive.
B: Ill check with our shipping department. If its our fault, well make up for the shortfall.
A: We hope you can resolve this quickly. This situation has put us in a difficult position with our customers.
场景三:货物延迟交付索赔
A(进口商): Good morning. Im A from [Company Name]. The shipment from you has arrived late, and it has caused us a lot of trouble.
B(出口商): Im sorry for the delay. There were some unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process.
A: Your delay has made us miss our production schedule. We had to pay extra to expedite the production process to meet our customers deadlines.
B: We understand the inconvenience caused. But there were issues with the shipping carrier and some customs problems.
A: Thats not our concern. We had a contract with you specifying the delivery date. We expect compensation for the losses weve incurred due to this delay.
B: We will review the situation and calculate the losses based on the contract terms. We will try to come up with a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
