　　又是炎热的一天，太阳毫不保留的散发所有光线。我们伫立在烈日下，当我站着军姿，几丝热流飘过脸庞，留下的是一颗颗闪亮的汗珠。我向上瞟了一眼，那可恶的太阳似乎担心我们看不到它的强大，忽然感觉刺的眼睛好痛。而军姿一站就是半个小时，整个身体早已麻木，膝盖处发酸，脚底下如一团火在不停的燃烧，背、腰、肩如针扎一般疼痛。就连盼了1个小时的喝水时间还要用全劲跑步，才能不是最后一名，避免所谓“跑圈圈”的噩运。
