精美绝伦的青花瓷碗中，汤汁上浮着青菜，好似小舟穿行在江上。中间有一座“蓬莱小岛”，四周的葱花悠悠荡荡，热气泡向四周飘散开去，犹如仙境一般美，让人赏心悦目。一股沁人心脾的香气钻入我的鼻腔中蔓延，每一个细胞都因它而跳跃，促使我迫不及待地拿起筷子大口大口地吃起来。那面丝滑香醇，牛肉味、葱花味、麻辣味、鲜美的汤汁融为一体，使人吃了还想吃。我一口气吃完了面，连汤也不放过，生怕落了一滴。吃完了还要把盘子也添一遍，才心满意足。

我最最喜欢吃的食物是烤“黄金薯”，大家可能要问了，这不就是烤红薯吗？那你可就错了，因为“黄金薯”和红薯可不一样的。
虽然它长的跟其它红薯差不多，但种植起来却不一样。它要在夏姑娘来时才能种下，需要土地公公的供养充足，对水娃娃的要求也很严格。既要防害虫，又要有肥料和土壤的合适比例。所以“黄金薯”的样子都是细细长长的很是均匀。
最重要的一点是制作。而我的妈妈就很会做。
首先拿出长长的“黄金薯”，洗干净后在水里浸泡一个小时，在用锡箔纸把它包起来，这是防止“黄金薯”在烘烤期间萎缩和它的糖分流出。接着妈妈把烤箱调到了180度，让烤箱“失望”的`空烤15分钟后再把“黄金薯”放进“预热烤箱”里，再把时间调到一个半小时。“黄金薯”就在烤箱“开心”的烘烤下变成了金黄色。在烘烤的时候那阵阵的焦糖香味不断的扑进我的鼻腔里，让我肚子里的馋虫一直爬来爬去。
最后，妈妈小心的把烤的外脆里嫩的“黄金薯”拿了出来递到我的手里，看着它又细又长，外表棕红的样子，我迫不及待把它的“外衣”剥开，看着里面软软的，金黄金黄的，很可爱。我赶紧咬了一大口，啊！真是又香又甜又软又嫩，让我觉得世界上再也没有比它还美味的食物了。
