Unit 5 The seasons 教材版本:《义务教育课程标准实验教科书·牛津小学英语》6b 教学内容: 《义务教育课程标准实验教科书·牛津小学英语》6B Unit5 第一教时(B Look, read and learn; C Ask and answer; D Listen and write) 教学目标: 1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词和短语season, weather, spring, summer, autumn, winter, best 。 2、能听懂、会说、会读单词、词组 warm, cool, rainy, sunny, windy, snowy, cloudy,  because。 3、能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语: Which season do you like best?  I like … best. Why? Because it’s …  I can … 4、能听懂、会说、会读、会写句型: What’s the weather like …?  It’s … 5、渗透名词+y转化成形容词这一规律。 教学重点和难点: 1.能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词和短语:weather, spring, summer, autumn, winter, which season, in spring, in summer, in autumn, in winter 2.能听懂、会说、会读和写句型:Which season do you like best? I like… Why? Because it…I can… 教学媒体运用: 课件ppt,tape-recorder,cards.利用课件进行教学,能更加有效的调动学生学习的积极性,充分利用课堂教学时间,给学生多练的机会,把单词放在句子中教学,句子放在语言环境中。 课前准备: 1.  学生准备照片或图片。 2.  录音机、多媒体和练习册。 教学过程: Step1  Free talk: T: What date is it today? S: Its the ... T: How many days are there in a week? What are they? S: There are seven. T: How many months are there in a year? S: There are twelve. T: How many seasons are there in a year? Ss: There are four.(课件) T: Good. (teach “season”) Today we are going to learn  unit 5  the  seasons 多媒体展示四个季节的画面,引出新单词:(板书)   Step2  Review and presentation 1、Answer the questions a. Who is going to NEWYORK? b. What’s the weather like in sping? c. What’s the weather like in summer? d. What’s the weather like in autumn? e. What’s the weather like in winter? f.Which season does Ben like best? 板书: spring  warm  rainy  summer hot  autumn  cool  sunny    winter cold  2、T: Today ,we are going to meet a new friend, Ma Li.  She is from Guangzhou. Can you tell her the weather like in Nanjing in four seasons ? S: It is warm and often rainy sometimes windy. (板书) 3、同法教cloudy 和windy 4、Say a rhyme. 5、Ask and answer (出示C部分) T: Now, boys and girls, spring is coming, I like spring best, because it is warm, the trees turn green and the flowers start to grow. Ask them why.   Blackboard designs: Unit 5  The seasons sometimes spring  warm  rainy   windy summer hot  sunny autumn  cool  sunny winter cold  snowy                     教学反思 《英语课程标准》提出学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。一堂成功的课,应该让学生自始至终掌握主动权,教师只是充当“组织者” “促进者、”“合作者、”“咨询者、”“参与者、”“引导者、”“顾问”等多种角色,最大限度地给学生提供参与的机会,学生的主体性得到了体现,自然就产生了求知和探究的欲望,也就把学习当作一件乐事。本课主要围绕“季节和气候”展开各项活动,在教学中我充分发挥学生学习的积极主动性,围绕学生在日常生活中的.常识展开问答,贯彻英语教学中“单词放在句型中,句型放在语言环境中”的原则进行教学,例如在本课学习完单词后,通过询问“what`s the weather like in spring/summer…?it`s warm/sunny….”让学生明白不同的季节可以有几种不同的气候,而不是固定唯一的标准答案,联系学生生活实际,增加了学生学习的灵活性。 此外,教学情景化是指课堂教学必须最大限度的引起学生的学习兴趣,为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行交流和活动,让学生感受到运用所学英语在课堂上进行交流后产生一种自豪感,心里产生愉悦感。所以英语教学的课堂必须通过各种手段来提高学生的英语兴趣,如歌谣、游戏、猜谜、讲故事等。要让小学生能够在四十分钟的时间内保持良好的学习状态,必须根据不同的教学内容创设各种情景,做到教学情景化。根据小学生注意的特点,在教学中我设计了几个游戏,如“猜单词,pass the picture”等游戏充分调动学生学习,在做游戏之前跟学生讲清游戏的方法,纪律等,就避免了边做游戏边讲规则的混乱局面,学生始终在积极主动的状态下学习,不是为游戏而游戏,通过rhyme,季节气候的问答,操练了所学知识,掌握比较牢固。
