Introducing numbers 1. Introduce the title: “Numbers”. Pupils repeat it several times. Teacher asks pupils who can count numbers. 2. Teacher uses objects to count numbers. For example: Count pupils / desks… Asking pupils to count numbers with objects. 3. Sticking cards of numbers on the board and writing the words on the board. Pupils read and try to remember the words. (Teacher puts away the cards of the numbers and pupils can read the words correctly. Pupils read the words in jumped order.) Step2. Introducing the song 1. Pupils open their books and listen to the song. Teacher dances and sing follow the tape. 2. Pupils listen again and sing. Teacher explains: “Hop. / Let’s stop. (Using fingers and Let’s go!) ”. 3. Pupils sing the song and dance. When they dance to “Now Let’s stop!”, pupils can’t speak, laugh and move. 4. Pupils write the words beside the numbers on P10. Step3. Home task 1. Writing the words “Numbers, one, two, three” on the exercises book. 2. Pupils should read the words and sing the song. 3.Connecting the words and the numbers on P14. 一.
