俄罗斯教改向多元化发展
当今社会政治、经济形势的发展变化，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）改革举措的相继实施，给教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究提出了许多新的要求和任务，以俄罗斯教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学院为主导的研究机构和专家学者，正努力于寻找有效解决这些问题的途径和手段，把向最高委员会和政府提供有关俄罗斯教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）体系的状况和它的发展动态视为首要任务。他们认为：俄罗斯教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）面临的最重要的课题之一是重新审定教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的价值和目的，用人文主义文化内容来替代极端片面地对待青年一代教学和教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的技术主义立场。专家们认为，这种教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）内容要求把学生作为真正的主体去对待，而技术主义则基本上把学生作为教学教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）影响的客体去看待。
为完成上述基本任务，俄罗斯的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究目前已拟定了１２个综合性的研究规划：教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）体系发展的策略；国家教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）标准；宗教的复兴和文化；因材施教；个性、市场和职业教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）；教师；教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的信息化；教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）社会学；家庭教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）；生态教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）；农村学校；有发展意义的游戏实物环境。明确教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科学研究活动的主要方向：教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的理论问题重点放在制定教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）发展的策略，确定教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的目的和价值以及建立连续教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的理论。个性、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）、文化这一方向是要集中反映现代科学研究的走向，要求建立个性定向模式，以及教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）在这一过程中的作用和与文化的关系的现代理论。在教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的内容与方法上则包括在考虑现代文化要求的前提下确定教养的内容，探讨新的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）体系和新的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）工艺以及教学方法。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）体系的发展主要涉及到普通中学（包括农村的）职业教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的各个阶段以及师资培训的各种问题。地区和民族教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）是一个新课题，重点探讨地区性的俄罗斯教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）、民族教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网），揭示在全人类教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）、全俄罗斯教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）和具体民族特点的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）之间建立相互联系的条件。儿童教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）着重围绕“对天才儿童和有才能的
