Performance Comparison Between Full-Duplex and Half-Duplex CSMA/CD EPON
In this paper, we compare the throughput and delay performance between the full-duplex and half-duplex CSMA/CD EPON systems by theoretical derivation and simulation. We conclude that it's preferable to implement the full-duplex system.
